About the Role:
As the Consultant, Marketing Automation you will lead the design and delivery of data driven automated engagement strategies across every stage of the prospective student journey. This pivotal role focuses on building personalised campaigns that drive real outcomes. Leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, your focus will be building scalable communications that engage, convert and retain students.
With experience in driving improvement and through technical expertise, you will support capability uplift within the team, ensuring best practice use of email marketing, automation tools and continuous optimisation of campaign performance.
Building partnerships across areas including creative, recruitment, data and analytics teams, you will work collaboratively to target audiences and align messaging.
As a Consultant, Marketing Automation, you will:
- Analyse complex issues and negotiate effective solutions with stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives and drive improvement in processes and practices.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance
- Provide expert advice aligned to organisational priorities.
- Evaluate progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications or extensive relevant experience and management expertise; or an equivalent combination of experience and/ or education/training
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise-level marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar, including Journey Builder, Email and Automation Studio
- Proven capability in designing and executing strategic lifecycle journeys and omni-channel communications with measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and optimising automated, data-driven marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, lead scoring, segmentation, and behavioural analytics.
- Working knowledge of HTML, AMPscript, and SQL for customisation, personalistaion, segmentation, and dynamic content.
