As a Coordinator, Campaigns (Research), you will:

  • Ensure the timely delivery of Deakin’s Brand Research content, campaigns and initiatives using a variety of systems, processes and sources.
  • Develop and execute creative and campaign briefs and media plans with external agencies, ensuring all creative and advertising communicates effectively to the right audience, at the right time, with the right message.
  • Create and coordinate fresh, strategic copy, concepts, videos, photography and multimedia assets that align with the Deakin brand and support campaign objectives across digital, social, web and paid channels.
  • Coordinate end-to-end creative and video production processes including briefing, scripting, storyboarding, talent coordination, shoot logistics, approvals, post-production and asset delivery across campaign and content initiatives.
  • Understand internal stakeholder needs and provide practical solutions aligned with university context and policy.

                                                                                                                                                                                      

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications with substantial subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Proven experience in creative coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and execution.
  • Excellent storytelling and multimedia content creation skills, including experience coordinating or developing video and digital creative assets.
  • Proficient with project and stakeholder management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
