As a Senior Teaching Fellow, you will:

• Lead the delivery of effective teaching practices and suggest approaches to innovative teaching practices to achieve student learning experiences to support success and engagement.
• Apply industry, clinical and/or research practice to student learning experiences, success, engagement and resources.
• Lead unit teaching teams and collaborate with other unit teaching teams within the course to develop and refine effective unit curricula, clinical/professional education experiences, and comprehensive learning resources.
• Oversee and contribute to the review of units and courses and implement refinements to enhance educational outcomes.
• Innovate unit-level curriculum design in partnership with unit chairs, delivering learner-centric, research-informed teaching and incorporating the latest practice knowledge across all levels and modes.    

To be successful, you’ll have:

• A PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Excellent record of scholarly learning and teaching in UG and/or PG programs with evidence of innovative and effective pedagogical approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to lead curriculum development and educational enhancement initiatives.
• Evidence of mentoring or supporting colleagues to improve teaching practices.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with profession
