As a Night Support Officer you will:
- Provide basic resident support, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as required.
- Monitor residential facilities for security or maintenance issues, reporting concerns to appropriate teams.
- Follow predefined incident response protocols, ensuring timely documentation and communication.
- Assist short-stay residents with check-ins and general inquiries.
- Support reception and administrative tasks during night hours.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Completion of an Associate Diploma level qualifications with relevant work experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience; or
- Completion of a post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant and on the job training; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
