- The maestro of events – coordinating student and school events that bring our community together.
- The go-to admin guru – keeping the school office humming with smooth operations.
- A dash of executive support – managing correspondence, diaries, and making things happen behind the scenes.

As a Senior Administration Officer you will:
- Collaborate proactively with School staff, Faculty Services and central Divisions, to ensure seamless coordination of school functions and the effective implementation of initiatives.
- Contribute to and lead projects in the School, Faculty Services and University supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Oversee Deakin Law School events – coordinating with Partnerships and Engagement for external events and working with internal staff for internal-facing events.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures.
