About the role:
The Senior Contracts and Partnership Officer is responsible for coordinating the Faculty of Health’s contract and partnership data, ensuring this business-critical information is accurate and accessible to key staff. You will maintain all contract and partnership records in the appropriate systems and use this data to provide timely, accurate advice to executive, professional, and academic staff. Working within the International and Partnerships team, and reporting to the Manager, International (with a dotted line to the Associate Dean, International), you will support effective partner relationships and help minimise unnecessary duplication of effort.
As Senior Contracts & Partnership Officer, you will:
- Act as a liaison between the Faculty, Health Services, and the Solicitor’s Office on Faculty-wide agreements.
- Manage the oversight and recording of domestic and priority partnerships, including maintaining databases and providing reports to stakeholders.
- Coordinate contract management (non-research specific): upload contracts into TRIM, advise stakeholders, monitor expiry dates, and ensure policy alignment.
- Work collaboratively with the broader partnerships team to plan and implement initiatives and processes that promote consistency and strong governance across the Faculty.
- Lead continuous improvement activities by reviewing processes, engaging key stakeholders, and analysing industry best practice for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A degree with relevant experience; or extensive experience with specialist or broad knowledge in technical/administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Experience in administration and related activities within a large organisation with complex structures, policies and procedures.
- Experience operating in a high-pressure, diverse environment involving face-to-face, phone and written communication.
- Experience providing services and support in a large organisation.
