As a Coordinator, Partnerships, you will:
- Work closely with the Associate Dean, International and Faculty Executive, support the development of an internationalisation strategy and annual operational plan that delivers on the strategic goals and objectives of the Faculty.
- Provide advice to the Executive Dean, Associate Dean, International Faculty Director, senior Faculty staff and Program Directors on matters relating to the Faculty’s international recruitment and development objectives, and international pathway and corporate partners, including preparing concept proposals, project plans, funding requests, and business cases as required.
- Oversee and administer the design and delivery of initiatives and programs relating to the Faculty’s international objectives and provide timely information on new opportunities to the Executive Dean, Associate Dean, International, Faculty Director, senior Faculty staff and other key stakeholders.
- Manage, analyse and assess the Partnerships and Engagement International budget, reporting on return on Investment (ROI), operational and strategic impact of potential and existing programs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Faculty’s international partners, in particular institutional partners, pathway and industry engagement and corporate partners and actively work to identify and establish new partnership relationships that support the Faculty’s objectives.
- Lead and support the International team to ensure comprehensive management and support is provided to the Faculty’s internationalisation activities through a cohesive, team focused approach in liaison with program academic leaders for all international programs.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Experience in building and managing multifunctional teams with a dedicated focus on achieving multi skilled and cross functional capable staff, with a strong customer service ethos.
- Experience coordinating operational workloads in a higher educational environment across a broad and complex range of activities.
- Extensive experience in tertiary education administration, particularly the management of international development and partnership programs.
- Demonstrated experience in the leadership and management of staff including staff development, performance planning and review, performance improvement and delegation of duties.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, particularly international education providers and corporate partners.
