About the role:
Property Systems sits within the Business Systems team under Digital Services and manages the application portfolio supporting core Campus Operations. This includes the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and other key applications critical to asset management, maintenance, space planning and general campus operations.
The Coordinator, Property Systems is responsible for the effective coordination and oversight of property systems within the organisation. The role provides support across the integration, maintenance, and optimisation of systems to ensure alignment with organisational needs, security, and compliance standards, while contributing to the operational efficiency of the property systems environment. This position plays a key role in managing the daily functions of property systems,
The role also involves providing advice on the ongoing development and integration of property systems across the organisation, ensuring they are functioning optimally, secure, and aligned with broader organisational strategies.
As a Coordinator, you will:
- Coordinate the operation and optimisation of property systems.
- Support the identification, testing, and implementation of system enhancements, working with the Property Systems Specialist and stakeholders to improve functionality.
- Lead the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements, managing project timelines and resources.
- Monitor system performance and security, identifying risks and recommending solutions to ensure compliance.
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, responding to feedback with openness and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Identify areas of improvement in business processes and streamline the use of systems to gain operational efficiency.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of technology systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide guidance on system use.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify issues, recommend improvements, and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in implementing and/or supporting business applications in domains of Asset Management, Maintenance, Space Management will be highly regarded.
