About the role:
The Senior Coordinator, Infrastructure Replacement Program is responsible for scoping, setting up, managing, and delivering technology projects within the Division. The Networks Group handles the planning, development, and implementation of IT systems supporting the University’s teaching and learning goals, with services available across all campuses. This role involves regular interaction with other digital staff, faculty stakeholders, and other areas to provide support and advice, as well as some contact with external suppliers for negotiations and technical evaluations.
As Senior Coordinator, Infrastructure Replacement Program, you will:
- Ensure that the entire project life cycle of projects within digital, including the development of initial documents, package selection criteria, product evaluations, project setup, development and maintenance of project plans and ensuring all relevant project documentation is completed.
- Successfully implement technology related projects to defined service standards, budgets and time frames.
- Identify and manage risk and issues throughout projects.
- Lead product demonstrations and evaluations.
- Provide recommendations of digital solutions to senior management.
What you will bring:
- Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
- Extensive experience and management expertise; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Experience in successfully managing and delivering projects.
- Experience in an ICT industry.
- Experience in the quality approach in organisational management.
