As a Principal, Cyber Security, Risk & Compliance, you will:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of security controls, ensuring they are aligned with organisational objectives and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement frameworks and associated artefacts including executive papers, risk assessment questionnaires, disaster recovery, policies, and schedules of work
  • Lead projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
  • Manage the effective delivery of the Cyber Security Strategy, Cyber Resilience, Risk & Compliance frameworks and roadmap
  • Undertake resilience and risk assessments, including third party risk, business continuity and disaster recovery assessments, across a complex infrastructure and digital environment

                                                                                                                                       

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Proven expertise in the management of significant human and material resources
  • Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience
  • Experience developing and implementing contemporary resilience, risk management and compliance solutions, including undertaking resilience and risk assessments in a large organisation
  • Experience in security, resilience, risk management and compliance, with a deep understanding of resilience, risk and compliance frameworks, assessment methodologies and industry standards, for example NIST, ISO27001, ISO42001, BCP22301, ISM, Essential Eight, SOCI, SOC2, DISP
  • Extensive technical expertise and the ability to align risk and compliance efforts with business objectives
