As a Commonwealth Prac Payments officer, you will:

  • Provide clear advice and guidance on Commonwealth Prac Payment eligibility and processes.
  • Analyse information and communicate it effectively to support sound decision-making.
  • Organise and prioritise work to successfully manage competing demands.
  • Develop collaborative stakeholder relationships and contribute positively to team outcomes.
  • Use sound judgement to resolve issues and improve processes and practices while delivering against service and funding requirements.

                                                                                                                                                                                     

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with appropriate experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing advice and support, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply procedures, guidelines and requirements accurately and consistently.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate activities, prioritise workloads and manage competing demands.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to process and service improvements.
