Be the first point of contact for Deakin University’s current and future residents looking to stay on Campus and provide them with reception, administration and program support services.

• High-Quality Customer Service to current and future residents and families, university staff, and External contractors.
• Act as a point of contact for residents and provide information relating to residential life or refer to appropriate University services.
• Role includes weekend and weekday work. Hours range from 7am - 9pm.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Provide high level customer service/reception responses to enquiries/requests and program support to staff and residents of Deakin Residential Services, including after-hours incident response in liaison with security.
• Perform a range of reception/administrative tasks associated with the overall operation of Burwood student residences.
• Ensure the implementation of all University policies that relate to the areas for which the position is responsible, in particular, those relating to occupational health and safety, risk management.

This role requires the incumbent to apply for and maintain a Working with Children Check.
