As the Senior Administrative Officer, Selection and Placements, you will coordinate a range of critical student and program administration activities, including admissions, enrolments, assessments, clinical placements and academic progress. You'll work closely with students, academics, clinicians and external parties to ensure programs are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with University and regulatory requirements.

  • Analyse information, identify issues and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Manage complex processes, resolve challenges and implement practical solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and provide high-quality customer service.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance services, systems and outcomes.

About you

We're looking for a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys balancing competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.

You will bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in administration, professional services or a related field.
  • Experience providing professional advice and delivering outcomes in a complex organisational environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • An understanding of governance, compliance and policy frameworks, with the ability to apply them in practice.
