About the Role: 

We are seeking an experienced barista with strong coffee skills, proven POS experience, and a friendly, customer-focused approach. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality coffee consistently, provide excellent customer service, handle transactions confidently, and contribute positively to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to engage warmly with customers are essential.

• Strong barista skills with a focus on consistency and quality
• Confident POS experience and attention to detail
• Friendly, approachable manner that builds strong customer relationships
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, reliable, and well organised
• Takes pride in presentation, cleanliness, and service standards

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Proven barista experience in a fast-paced café
• Strong coffee skills (espresso extraction & milk texturing)
• Confident POS and cash handling experience
• Friendly, customer-focused approach
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, well-presented, and flexible with availability
