As a Student Adviser (Contact Centre), you will:

  • Provide information, advice and support to students
  • Contribute to the implementation of strategies and programs to improve the student experience and contribute to improved ways of working
  • Provide resolution to complex student enquiries
  • Coordinate and implement a range of administrative services to support students
  • Review, evaluate and implement systems, process and practices to improve response times, increase quality, reduce costs and foster a culture of customer service excellence                                      

 

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree (with or without work experience), an associate diploma with at least two years’ experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Proven experience in administration within large, complex organisations, working effectively within established structures, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong customer service skills, ideally gained within a tertiary education environment or similar setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, managing face-to-face, phone, and written enquiries.
  • Experience delivering quality services and support within large and diverse organisational contexts.
