Casual Hourly Rate: Casual HEW 1 ($38.99 per hour + 11% superannuation)

About the Role: 

You will support the day-to-day operation of the Waurn Ponds Estate kitchen team. You will be required to effectively manage the workload as directed by the chefs, to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the expected standards. 

To Be Successful, you'll have:

• Equivalence of 1 year of kitchen experience

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen to our sanitation standards
• washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, sweeping, scrubbing and moping the floor
• putting away dishes, pots pans and ensure that all the dishes are sanitized
• removal of hard rubbish and the removal of kitchen food waste into our compost machine
• putting away stock
• assist in food preparation

Additional requirements: 

• The role requires the incumbent to apply for and maintain a Working with Children
  Check.
