  • Flexible location based at our Melbourne, Burwood Campus or at our Geelong, Waterfront Campus + hybrid work arrangements
  • Full-time and fixed term until August 2026
  • HEW 6 $96,276 - $103,971 + 17% Superannuation (pro rata, part time)

 As a Senior Officer, Campaigns and Events, you will:

  • Develop and implement practical, accessible solutions based on stakeholder needs
  • Plan and prioritise work and critical activities appropriately and recognise barriers to achieving outcomes, finds practical ways to deal with them and evaluates progress 
  • Actively seek client feedback on products and services, respond transparently, and identify practical improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide clear and ethical advice to clients, addressing immediate needs and offering practical recommendations.
  • Establish and demonstrate a high level of learning, energy and commitment and maintain personal integrity and make decisions consistent with university values 

 To be successful, you’ll have:

  • A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experience in event, project management, marketing, communications or related areas
  • Experience executing multiple activities and initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines, with excellent attention to detail in a busy and complex environment
  • Experience interacting, influencing and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve objectives
