About this role:
The Associate Research Fellow will work closely with Associate Professor Romain Gauriot and co-author papers with him. The work involves analysing large administrative data (e.g., millions of speeding fines and linking it to census data) and performing advanced econometrics.
As an Associate Research Fellow, you will:
- Conduct high-quality research and creative activities that generate impactful outputs
- Collaborate with other researchers and contribute to innovative research
- Communicate research findings effectively, both independently and as part of a team
- Actively develop an early career research plan focused on excellence and innovation
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A PhD in economics or a related field
- An emerging research profile
- Skills in applied econometrics and causal inference, with proficiency in Stata or similar tools. Experience with natural experiments is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a track record of building effective professional relationships
