As a Senior Officer, Admissions and Integrity, you will:

• Act as a coach and work with team members to assess course and RPL applications against relevant entry requirements as determined with key stakeholders and complying with university policies and procedures
• Plan and prioritises work and critical activities appropriately and recognises barriers to achieving outcomes, finds effective ways to deal with them and evaluates progress
• Consult a diverse range of stakeholders to clarify criteria for success
• Deliver effective and efficient solutions and select the most appropriate from the range of requirements or alternatives
• Engage in process improvement activities and adopt new ideas to improve services and processes related to admissions and integrity
• Provide technical, business and system process support to staff in Student Admissions and RPL based on stakeholder requirements                                                                                                                 

To be successful, you’ll have:

• A Degree with subsequent relevant experience; or
• Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. (insert discipline experience)
• Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies and procedures.
• Experience in operating in a high-pressure diverse environment, involving face to face, phone and written issue 
• Experience with Student Management Systems
