- Champion customer service excellence and be passionate about providing customer-based solutions
- Leverage your understanding of key business drivers to inform innovative strategies and deliver solutions, drawing on diverse perspectives and resources.
- Simplify complex issues into clear, actionable outcomes, while encouraging fresh thinking and continuous review of service delivery to drive excellence.
- Manage and prioritise workloads effectively, establishing and delivering efficiencies to track progress of customer satisfaction and adapt to changing needs.
- Analyse trends to uncover opportunities, solve challenges, and implement impactful solutions while continually evaluating and refining delivery.
- Communicate by example and with positive energy, fostering a culture of inclusion, ethics, and high performance, while coaching and celebrating the achievements of the team.
- Develop, use and refine knowledge banks to ensure there is consistency in issue-resolution, supporting the team with resources and training with a lens for and evolution of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to align activities with broader organisational goals and ensure effective communication is delivered to all customers.
